Even after successfully eliminating sugar, the challenge remained in maintaining a sugar-free lifestyle. Creating a meal plan for each month was essential. Although planning could be stressful, it was important to remember that perfection wasn’t the goal. Instead, living a healthy lifestyle made the transition smoother as I adapted to my new habits. Having a support group was also invaluable; we held each other accountable and motivated one another to stay on track.
